Your pet's medical records are available anytime through our secure online portal, powered by DaySmart Vet's PetCare app.

 

To get started:

1. Download the "PetCare by DaySmart Vet" app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

2. Create your account using the same email address or mobile phone number we have on file for you — this is how the app connects you to your pet's records. If we don't have an email or phone number on file for you, just contact us and we'll add one.

3. Select Purrs and Paws as your veterinary clinic.

4. Tap your pet's profile to view their medical records, vitals, visit history, invoices, estimates, and certificates.

 

From the app you can also request prescription refills, book or cancel appointments, pay invoices, and approve estimates.

 

Prefer not to download the app? You can access the same portal through our online portal in any web browser — no download needed.
