Coordinating spay/neuter appointments for a transport group? Here's how to get your animals scheduled through our online booking system, powered by Daysmart Vet.

Our online booking is available through the "PetCare by DaySmart Vet" mobile app, or through our online booking link in any web browser (no download needed).

 

There are two ways to book:

 

Option 1 — The pet owner books directly

The owner downloads the PetCare app (or uses the online link), creates an account with their own email address or phone number, selects Purrs and Paws, chooses the appointment type (your transport group name), picks a date and time, and submits the request. We'll review it and send a confirmation.

 

Option 2 — The transport group books on the owner's behalf

Someone from the transport group can create the appointment using the group's contact information. Then just send us the pet owner's name, phone number, and email address, and we'll update the appointment in our system so the records, confirmations, and reminders go to the right person.

 

Please make sure we have the correct owner information before the appointment date so nothing gets missed.
